Automobile Assistance
Auto Club of Southern California will be on-site to assist you with any automobile issues (keys locked in car, dead battery, etc.). Locate the nearest Guest Service staff member with a radio or proceed to Guest Services booth in the main plaza.

Restricted Items for All Shows:
Weapons, alcohol/drugs, lawn chairs, laser pointers, skates, wallet chains, ice chests, banners, backpacks, flyers, beach balls, Frisbees, fireworks, outside food or beverage (except as noted), video/audio recording devices, film or digital cameras.
You may enter the venue with purses and small open tote bags, food in a clear 1-gallon clear plastic bag and one (1) 500ml sealed bottle of water per person. Diaper bags are permitted as long as child is present.

Guest Services
The reputable staff of Contemporary Services Corporation (CSC) is on hand to ensure the safety and comfort of all fans at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. If you need general, medical or security assistance, please see any CSC representative stationed throughout all areas of the venue.
Last Call
General alcohol sales in the amphitheater will conclude one hour prior to estimated time of show conclusion.

From the 405 Freeway South: Exit Irvine Center Drive. Turn right onto Irvine Center Drive and continue approximately one half mile. Amphitheater is on right hand side.
Traveling Northbound on the Interstate 5 Freeway: Take Bake Parkway exit and turn left onto Bake. Turn Right on Irvine Center Drive. Amphitheater is approximately ¼ mile down on the left.
Traveling Southbound on the Interstate 5 Freeway: Take Bake Parkway exit and turn Right onto Bake. Turn Right on Irvine Center Drive. Amphitheater is approximately ¼ mile down on the left.
Lost/Found
Upon the conclusion of the concert, recovered items will be held in the Front Office.
After day of show, please contact the venue at 949-855-8095 to retrieve a lost item.
Merchandise/ Souvenirs
There will be numerous merchandise stands located throughout the main plaza.
Re-Entry
Generally, re-entry to the venue after exiting is not permitted. For extraordinary circumstances, please visit a CSC or Guest Services representative.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located in the main plaza, at both ends of the main walkway in the amphitheater, and at the top of the lawn area.
Security
In the event of a problem, notify one of our uniformed CSC security guards roaming throughout the facility. The security office is located at the front of the VIP Parking Lot.
Services for Guests with Disabilities
Handicap Accessible Seating is located immediately above the last row of the Orchestra seating area. Guests requiring a wheelchair must provide their own as well as a companion to assist with transport if necessary. In order to purchase tickets to this area, please contact the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater Box Office by phone at 949-855-8095 (Monday-Friday, 10 am to 4 pm).
Shuttle carts are available for our guests in need of assistance. The carts originate from the front entrance, and will transport to the main plaza/ concession circle area. At the conclusion of the concert, shuttle carts will pick up from the main plaza/ concession circle, and transport to the front entrance.
Smoking
Smoking is permitted within the concession circle area only within Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. Please respect fellow musicfans while in the seating areas.

General parking for a show is included in the ticket price. A parking charge will be added to the cost of all tickets purchased (unless otherwise noted.)
If you wish to purchase premier parking, the price is $20.00 for most vehicles, while motor homes, buses and limousines are $40.00.
Premier Parking can be purchased on line or on day of show.
