ACCESSIBLE SEATING INFORMATION
Accessible and companion seating can be purchased through the Nissan Pavilion box office at 703-754-6400.
What I CAN bring inside the pavilion
(Restrictions are subject to change per concert. Please refer to show pages for specific restrictions)
- Small purses / bags (12 inches x12 inches or smaller) / backpacks
- One sealed bottle of water, 32oz bottles or less! (some shows may require that the water be poured into a cup upon entry through the front gates)
- Small, personal (tote-type) umbrellas
- Blankets
- Binoculars
- Personal lawn chairs - seat must be no higher than 9 inches off the ground
- Limited food is now allowed in the venue. Food must be in a one-gallon clear plastic bag.
What I CANNOT bring inside the pavilion
- Strollers
- Beverages (other than one sealed bottled water, for shows that allow)
- Video and Audio recorders (except for VERY specific shows)
- Professional cameras. No detachable lenses. (Non-professional cameras are allowed on specific shows determined by artist policy, please see the show advisory for a particular show.)
- No alcohol consumption in the parking lots
- No barbeque fires in the parking lot
PARKING
Parking is convenient in secure, well-lit lots adjacent to the Pavilion. Please note that Virginia state law prohibits the consumption of alcoholic beverages in the parking lots. This law is strictly enforced. Barbeque fires are also not permitted in the parking lots.
GATES AND DOORS
Parking lot gates usually open at different times depending on the show. Please check the posted information for any particular show. Come out early, miss the traffic and enjoy fun and original performances by up-and-coming entertainers on our side stage located in the south plaza.
FAMILY ZONE
At the request of our patrons, Nissan Pavilion now provides a Family Zone on the general admission lawn for most events. The Family Zone is free of smoking and alcoholic beverages, creating a more enjoyable experience for our patrons. All patrons are welcome, and no special ticket is required!
The Family Zone will not be available on the following events:

ACCESSIBLE INFORMATION
GUESTS WHO USE WHEELCHAIRS
Nissan Pavilion has accessible restroom facilities for our guests.
Drinking fountains that are lowered, are located in the north and south plazas and concession stand personnel are available to assist guests with purchasing food and beverages.
Accessible phone booths are available and are located on the outside wall of the Administration building and in the north and south plazas.
Nissan Pavilion offers tickets at all price levels. A limited number of pavilion seats are available at the cost of a lawn ticket.
Tickets are available at the Nissan Pavilion Box Office during normal business hours. Please request seating in the accessible areas.
GUESTS WITH VISUAL IMPAIRMENTS
Nissan Pavilion at Stone Ridge provides a reserved seating area near the stage for guests with visual impairments. A limited number of seats are available. Call the Nissan Pavilion Box Office at (703)754-6400 to request these seats.
Large print and braille menus are available at all concession stands and kiosks. Concession personnel are also available to read menus.
GUESTS WHO ARE DEAF
Headsets are available during all performances to assist with amplification and clarity. These assistive listening devices are located at the guest services booths.
A TTY phone device for outbound calls is available at the phone booth located in the north plaza.
A reserved seating area is available for guests who are hearing impaired. This area is reserved only for guests who require the services of a sign language interpreter. Call the Nissan Pavilion Box Office at (703)754-6400 or TTY (703)754-1696 to order tickets and request the services of a sign language interpreter.
PARKING FACILITIES
Accessible parking is available with the proper state identification. There is a limited number of parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served and event-by-event basis in our parking lots adjacent to the pavilion.
COURTESY CART SERVICE
Courtesy carts are available for guests with disabilities. Carts will assist guests from the main gates and the accessible entrance to the reserved seating area and return them after the show. This is a complimentary service.

Weekend event days - Open at 12:00PM. Ticket sales end on an event night at approximately intermission.
Accessible Seating

Accessible seating areas are for guests with mobility impairments, visual or hearing impairments and guests using wheelchairs. Please request the type of seating you are in need of.

Will-Call Tickets:
Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster via phone or internet may be picked up on the day of the show at the Nissan Pavilion Box Office. Tickets may be picked up after 3PM on the day of the show only. The Box Office is located next to the Main Entrance Gate.
What to Bring / What Not to Bring
We want you to bring everything you need to make your visit to Nissan Pavilion at Stone Ridge the best. The items listed below may vary from show to show, but this listing can be useful as general guidelines. If a certain item (listed or unlisted) is essential to your concert enjoyment, please call our administrative offices on the show day for specific information on the show you plan to attend. Our list of items to bring or not bring are designed to be fair to everyone and meet a combination of safety goals including providing smooth access into the venue when we have large crowds. Our goal as your host is to provide an atmosphere that allows for the maximum enjoyment of the entire audience and we apologize in advance if some restrictions may cause you any inconvenience.
What to bring:

-Ponchos or Rain Jackets
-Small, tote-size Umbrellas
-Water: One sealed bottle of water allowed per Guest.
-Foods is allowed through the gates as long as it is packaged in a clear one gallon plastic bag. (please no coolers or picnic baskets).
-Strollers. Please notes that strollers are welcome through the gates and on the lawn but cannot be taken into the reserved seating area. Fans may check them at the Guest Service Booths located in both plazas.
-Sunscreen
-With safety as a primary goal, you may be subject to search at certain events. If for any reason you should arrive at the gates with a restricted item, our front gate guest services staff will offer to check most items to save you from returning to your car. Nissan Pavilion reserves the right to refuse admission.
-Certain shows may occasionally restrict umbrellas, blankets, and lawn chairs.
