The Verizon Wireless Virginia Beach Amphitheater is a 20,000 seat outdoor concert venue located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Since opening its doors in 1996, the Verizon Wireless Virginia Beach Amphitheater has hosted such performances as: Coldplay, Dave Matthews Band, Kenny Chesney, Jimmy Buffett, 311, Aerosmith, Rascal Flatts, Mary J. Blige, Gwen Stefani and tours like Warped Tour and Ozzfest.
Kid Policies/Farm Fresh Family Zone Info
For most shows there will be a designated ''roped off'' area on the lawn that is smoke and alcohol free. Just look for the special Farm Fresh Family Zone banner or ask a member of our staff and they can point you in the right direction.
If a show is designated as a ''Family Show'', one child 12 or under is admitted free on the festival lawn with each valid adult festival lawn ticket.

INTERNET & PHONES ORDERS (WITH WILL CALL OPTION SELECTED) WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP BEGINNING AT APPROXIMATELY 2 HOURS PRIOR TO SHOWTIME. CUSTOMER WILL BE REQUIRED TO PRESENT PHOTO ID AND ACTUAL CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE TICKETS.
A
wide variety of food is offered to satisfy everyone. Papa John's Pizza,
Big Daddy's Burger and Dogs, Oceanfront Eatery, just to name a few.
For
most shows, we allow our guests to bring in most food items as long as
they fit in a one gallon, clear Zip-Loc style bag. To ensure the safety
of all our guests, we will require the guest to show the bag to a
member of our staff when entering the facility. Our guests can bring
one factory sealed bottle of water in as well.
Parking
The
amphitheater has 5 well lit and secure parking lots that are all
adjacent to the facility. The parking fee is included in the price of
your ticket for most shows. You may purchase premier parking (located
near the Main Gate) on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Premier
Parking can be purchased for $20.00 through the Verizon Wireless
Virginia Beach Amphitheater Box Office, ticketmaster.com, or purchase
at the lot on the night of the show. If you wish to purchase on the
night of the show the parking attendants can only accept cash. Just
follow the Premier Parking signs in the lots on the night of the
concert. The easiest way to enter the Premier Parking lot is by
entering on Dam Neck drive. Just ask a parking attendant to direct you
to the Premier Parking lot at any point of entrance.

If a certain item (listed or unlisted) is essential to your concert enjoyment, please call our administrative offices on the show day for specific information on the show you plan to attend. Our list of items to bring or not bring are designed to be fair to everyone and meet a combination of safety goals including providing smooth access into the venue when we have large crowds. Our goal as your host is to provide an atmosphere that allows for the maximum enjoyment of the entire audience and we apologize in advance if some restrictions may cause you any inconvenience.

-Strollers. Please notes that strollers are welcome through the gates and on the lawn but cannot be taken into the reserved seating area. Fans may check them at the Guest Service Booths located in both plazas.
-Sunscreen
-With safety as a primary goal, you may be subject to search at certain events. If for any reason you should arrive at the gates with a restricted item, our front gate guest services staff will offer to check most items to save you from returning to your car. The Verizon Wireless Virginia Beach Amphitheater reserves the right to refuse admission. Certain shows may occasionally restrict umbrellas and blankets.
