FESTIVAL CAMPGROUNDS
The Pemberton Festival Campgrounds are THE place to stay! Located directly adjacent to the Festival Site and all its amenities, the Campground will have 24 hour security, toilets, cooling stations, wash facilities, general store, and a campground clubhouse including a bar that will serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as food service from 7:00 AM - 3:00 AM daily.
Access to the Festival Campgrounds is restricted to those with a valid Camping Ticket and 3-Day Event Ticket.
Campers can come and go between the Campgrounds and the Festival Site at their leisure during the Festival Site hours (11:00 AM - 2:00 AM).
Bring a tent for your own 10 x 10 space or combine spaces with friends and pitch a larger tent to share. Either way, you'll wake up to picturesque Mount Currie at your feet every morning in the heart of the Pemberton Valley and all its scenic wonder.
Remember, spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis so if you want to camp with friends, you must arrive together!
Main Campground Noise curfew: 3:00 AM to 7:00 AM
Family Camping is also available near the Festival Site in our Family Campground which has a noise curfew of 12:00 AM (Midnight) through 7:00 AM daily.

Access to the Festival Campgrounds is restricted to those with a valid Camping Ticket and 3-Day Event Ticket.
ROGUE CAMPING
Rogue Camping will not be tolerated. Local police / festival security will uproot your tent and belongings at their discretion.

FESTIVAL RV SITE
The Festival RV Site will be in a lit, secured, grassed field.
There will not be any hook-ups available and as well there will not be any on site gas vendors. Be sure to fill your tank before entering the Festival Site.
No mode of transportation (motorized or other) which allows you to travel faster than by foot will be allowed on the Festival Site, Campgrounds, or RV Site (with the exception of your RV).
Noise curfew: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
The Pemberton Festival Site
The Pemberton Festival Site is located in a grassed area at the foot of the majestic 8300 foot Mount Currie in picturesque Pemberton, BC. Pemberton is a recreational paradise, serving as a gateway to adventure, hosting a variety of wilderness-inspired activities.
The Pemberton Festival is committed to producing a sustainable event with the intent of reducing its overall environmental impact. We are dedicated to seeking innovative opportunities to create the most environmentally friendly event possible.
The Festival Site will have it all! It will be fully equipped with toilets, wash facilities, medical facilities, general store, vendors, food vendors, farmers market, fun zone, kid’s zone, art walk displaying art from local artists as well and multiple themed bars. The site will have live music from 2:00 PM through 2:00 AM each day on the Festival Main Stage, B Stage and Dance Tent. We will also have representatives from the local outdoor adventure companies on site signing people up for White Water Rafting Trips, Horse Back Riding, Hiking, Golf, Canoe trips plus many more fun outdoor activities and adventures.

TICKET DISPATCH
All tickets can be printed using the free print-at-home feature. Alternately, tickets can be shipped to you for a fee.
Shipped tickets will be sent on May 20th. Tickets purchased after May 20th will be shipped within three weeks of purchase. Customers will receive an order confirmation email and a shipping confirmation email when tickets ship.
Lost ticket replacements must be picked up at Will Call on the day of the show.

From Vancouver to Pemberton
Take Georgia Street westbound over the Lions Gate suspension bridge. When you reach the far end, take the West Vancouver Exit.
Circle under the bridge onto Marine Drive and stay in the right-hand lane over a green bridge, making the first right at Taylor Way.
Highway 1 is at the top of the hill. Merge to the left under Highway 1 and turn left immediately under the overpass.
As you approach Horseshoe Bay, watch for the exit to Squamish, Whistler and Pemberton.
You are now on Highway 99, the Sea to Sky Highway, which will take you all the way past Whistler to Pemberton.
From Vancouver International Airport (YVR)
Vancouver International Airport is the closest International Airport to the Festival Site.
Take the airport causeway over the Arthur Lang Bridge into Vancouver.
Exit the bridge using Granville Street. Continue north on Granville Street into downtown Vancouver and over the Granville Street Bridge.
Exit the Granville Street Bridge via the Seymour Street exit, a right lane off ramp. Continue on Seymour to Georgia Street (6 – 7 blocks).
Take Georgia Street westbound over the Lions Gate suspension bridge. When you reach the far end, take the West Vancouver Exit.

From Seattle / US Border
The Canada – U.S. border is about 100 miles (160 kilometres) from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
If you are driving from California, you will be on Interstate 5.
At the airport the highway splits, with I 5 going into Seattle proper and Highway 405 continuing north across the border to Pemberton. Take Highway 405, unless you are heading into Seattle.
The 405 eventually rejoins Interstate 5, once outside of the city again. From there, you have another 80 miles (128 km’s) to the border.
Look for signs for the towns of Everett, then Bellingham, and then Blaine is right at the border.
Via Downtown Vancouver - The Scenic Route
If you are coming from the U.S. the entry point is the Douglas Border Crossing which features the Peace Arch. Once in Canada the highway becomes Highway 99.
Follow Highway 99 through the Massey Tunnel and go straight entering Vancouver via Oak Street Bridge, about 20 miles (32 km’s) from the border.
Once on the bridge stay in the right lane and watch for the Granville Street exit (right off the bridge). Continue north on Granville Street into downtown Vancouver and over the Granville Street Bridge.

By-pass Vancouver City
As you approach the Canada – U.S. border, take Exit 275 (about a mile before the border), off Interstate 5 onto Pacific Highway. The Pacific Highway Border crossing is also known as the Truck Crossing.
Once across the border it becomes 176th Street or Highway 15. Follow Highway 15 approximately eight miles north of Highway 1, the Trans Canada Highway.
Take Highway 1 westbound. Make no turns. You will drive through the north-eastern municipalities of Greater Vancouver, across the Port Mann Bridge and over the Fraser River and eventually the Iron Workers Memorial (Second Narrows) Bridge crossing Burrard Inlet.
Watch for the exit for Squamish, Whistler and Pemberton. Pemberton is about 2 hours from this point.
From Kamloops
Take Highway 1 / Trans Canada Highway West out of Kamloops and merge onto Provincial Route 97 / Cariboo Highway towards Cache Creek, Lillooet, Vancouver / Coast.
Take Provincial Route 99 / Duffy Lake Road to Pemberton.
Total trip is approximately 166 miles or 267 kilometres.
From the Okanagan (via Kamloops)
Take Provincial Route 97 South out of Kelowna and follow 97 C West / Okanagan connector towards Merritt / Kamloops.
Take Highway 5 / Coquihalla Highway North, bypassing Merritt towards Kamloops.
Take Highway 1 / Trans Canada Highway West and merge onto Provincial Route 97 / Cariboo Highway towards Cache Creek, Lillooet, Vancouver / Coast.
Take Provincial Route 99 / Duffy Lake Road to Pemberton.
From Victoria / Vancouver Island
Follow Provincial Route 17 North out of Victoria towards Schwartz Bay Ferry Terminal. Check Ferry Schedule for rates and up to date scheduled departures for Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal.

BUSES / SHUTTLES
WHISTLER SHUTTLES - providing daily shuttles between Whistler Village and the Pemberton Festival Site for all three days of the event.
The Pemberton Festival is committed to reducing its impact on the environment and minimizing traffic congestion and is pleased to announce that daily shuttles between Whistler Village and the Festival will be available for all three days of the event. Shuttles will depart from Whistler between 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and depart from The Festival between 10:30 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. Tickets are available as three-day passes for only $90.00 at www.pemfestshuttle.com. Shuttles are available on a first come, first served basis and space is limited.

VIEWING PLATFORM
The Main Stage and B Stage will have Disabled Viewing Platforms to accommodate attendees in wheelchairs along with one attendant.
ACCESSIBLE TOILETS
Portable handicapped washroom facilities will be provided throughout the festival site.
CAMPING FACILITIES FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
There will be a limited number of camping spaces available for guests with disabilities within the main camping area in close proximity to the Festival Site.
No special provisions will be provided with the exception of portable handicapped washroom facilities.
Attendants may purchase a camping space in the same area along with up to 2 other people. VIP Tickets include:
