Verizon Wireless Theater, located in the heart of Houston's Downtown Theater District, is the perfect venue for all types of events. This uniquely designed space can accommodate a variety of presentations. Housed within Bayou Place a popular downtown entertaniment complex, the multi-purpose facility is perfect for musical events, theatrical productions, fund raising galas, private parties, corporate meetings, seminars and events of all types

 

The theater is very versatile and can be arranged in a variety of seating configurations: Theater style with rows of chairs (capacity 2400); cabaret style with cocktail tables for four (capacity 1930); general admission - standing (capacity 2,815); banquet style with 72' round tables of 10 (capacity 750). A four-tiered riser system on the main floor creates an intimate cabaret/dinner theater feel. The permanent 56' x 40' stage is equipped with ample sound and light. Two 8' x 10' video screens are suspended above the stage.

 

Parking
Patrons of Verizon Wireless Theater may park underground in the Theater District Parking Garage. The event parking price is $6.00.

Special daytime holiday events parking price is $8.00.

Handicapped accessible areas are painted blue and near the elevator. Parking entrances are located on Rusk, Capital, Texas and Prairie.

Any child under the age of two years is permitted to sit on a parent's lap. All children two years old or older are required to have a ticket.
