Guests are welcome to bring:
- Small backpacks (daypacks), pocketbook, purses or handbags (all subject to search).
- Binoculars
- Disposable or digital cameras without a flash (when approved by the artist). For shows where artists do prohibit all cameras, guests will be asked to return them to their car or check them at the front gate.
- Snack Food in Clear, Plastic Gallon Size Bag, (1) per Person
- Factory sealed plastic bottle of water (1) per person
- Blankets - There is no lawn seating at Bank of America Pavilion, so use of blankets would be for warmth.
- Cell Phones (although we encourage our guests to use their cell phones prior to performances and during intermissions. If cell phone use is necessary during a performance, we ask that our guests move away from all seating areas before making or receiving calls. Cell phone use during performances can disturb neighboring guests and performers).
- Strollers - when not in use, strollers should be checked at the front gate to prevent tripping hazards in the rows and aisles.
- Ponchos and rain gear

For the safety and comfort of all of our guests, Bank of America Pavilion prohibits the following items (guests will be asked to return them to their car or check them at the front gate):
- Coolers (non-medical)
- Cans
- Glass bottles
- Umbrellas (guests may use them to get to and from their automobiles or the Silver Line station, but we do not allow umbrellas to be deployed on the grounds in order to prevent sightline obstructions or eye injuries that can result from umbrellas used in crowded areas).
- Professional cameras
- Audio and video recording devices
- Laser pointers/pens
- Weapons
- Firearms/fireworks
- Illegal substances
- No animals may be brought into the venue except officially designated animals that assist our guests with special needs.
