Parking
o Parking is located in nine lots adjacent to the venue including handicap parking located adjacent to the main gates.
o For most concerts all regular parking charges are included in the ticket price when you purchase your ticket. Please Note: Some special events such as the Universoul Circus charge for parking as you enter the lots.
o Premier Parking is available for $20 to $25 per car in Lot D next to the Main Gate. Premier Parking is available in advance through Ticketmaster. Premier Parking often sells out in advance but at times is also available on the night of the event on a first-come, first served basis.

Audio Description
Upon request we will provide audio description. Please contact the Hardee's Box Office at the Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion at Walnut Creek at 919-831-6400 to make arrangements for this service.
Courtesy Carts
A Courtesy Cart service is also available to transport guests from the main gate to and from the entrance to the reserved seating area. This service originates at the Guest Services Booth just outside the Main Gate.
Interpretive Services
Upon request we will provide a Sign Interpreter. Please contact the Hardee's Box Office at Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion at Walnut Creek at (919.719.5537) at least three (3) weeks prior to the designated event to make arrangements for this service.
Listening Devices
We are equipped with a Williams Sound Assisted Listening Device system. Receivers are available for all events and provided free of charge with a form of valid identification. Guests who are interested in this service should visit our Guest Services Booth located outside of the main gate. In addition, a TDD is available for outgoing calls during all events. This is also located at the Guest Services Booth outside of the main gate.
Parking and Directions
Parking for guests with disabilities is available for all events. The designated spaces are offered on a first come, first served basis and are located in Lot C adjacent to the Main Gate. Please follow the signs and display the proper placard on your rearview mirror to assist our parking attendants in directing you to this area without delay.
Restrooms
All restrooms located at the amphitheater are accessible. In addition a Family / Companion restroom is located in our First Aid complex located next to the Festival Cafe in the West Music Village.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome at all events. We ask that they remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you bring a service animal to a show, please notify your ticket representative so that an aisle seat may be reserved for you.
Tickets
Accessible seating is available for guests with disabilities and their companions at all price levels. We can accommodate guests who use a wheelchair as well as for those who have limited mobility but do not use a wheelchair. Additionally, we can accommodate guests with visual or hearing impairment. As with all fans, we recommend that you purchase your tickets as early as possible once they have gone on sale. All tickets purchased are available on a first come, first served, basis.
Kids Free Admission
Kids Under 2
o For all events Kids under 2 are admitted free if they sit on the lap of an adult in either reserved or lawn seating areas.
Kids Under 12
o Occasionally we also offer special promotions for our less crowded events where kids under 12 are admitted free on the John Deere Green Lawn with an adult. Please note that this Kids Under 12 Free policy does not apply to the reserved seating areas.
Family Zone
Lawn: Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion at Walnut Creek provides a No Smoking, No Alcohol Family Zone section on the lawn for the enjoyment of our fans that prefer this environment. Space is limited so please come early for the best spot.

Hardee's Thickburger Box Office at Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion
o Open seasonally Monday - Friday from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm from March - October
o Open 10 a.m. to 12 noon on select Saturdays that coincide with the first day of sales for new shows.
o Closed Sunday.
o On event days the Hardee's Box Office at Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion at Walnut Creek opens at gate time (this varies per show) and generally remains open until the main act takes the stage (around 9:00 pm).

o At the Hardee's Box Office at Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion at Walnut Creek, service charges are just $5.00 per ticket for most events.
o A Building Facility Charge for general parking is included in the price when you purchase your ticket. There is no added charge paid at the gate for general parking when you arrive at the venue for your concert. Certain exceptions apply for special events such as the Universoul Circus.
Group Sales
o Groups of 20 or more should contact the venue Box Office at 919-831-6400.
o Many shows offer groups of 20 a discount on both the lawn tickets or open-air reserved tickets!
Will Call
o Will Call at the Hardee's Box Office at Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion at Walnut Creek is open on show days from the time gates open until the main act takes stage. Patrons purchasing their tickets from Ticketmaster must have their photo ID and credit card used to purchase the tickets as well as their confirmation number to pick up tickets. For any other ticket pick up, patrons need to bring their photo ID, confirmation number if applicable, and know who arranged for their tickets to be left at will call.
o The Hardee's Box Office at Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion at Walnut Creek does not release tickets to anyone other than the name on the account, if you would like someone else to pick up your tickets please contact the person arranging tickets for you or Ticketmaster.
