The main floor of the original sanctuary, which is now the performance space, is standing room only unless the show is a reserved seated show. General admission tickets allow access to all levels. During reserved seated shows you must possess a ticket to enter a reserved section on any level. All shows are all ages unless stated otherwise in the upcoming show schedule. Box Office Hours: The Tabernacle Box Office is open show nights only, 1 hour prior to doors. Acceptable Forms of Payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Cash. The Tabernacle has secured discounted parking with Central Parking at the garage located at the corner of Luckie and Cone Streets. It is located one block east of the Tabernacle, please look for the Central Parking and Tabernacle signs when you park in the garage prior to the show. Parking passes will be scanned upon exiting the garage so you can pick them up at will call with your tickets. Parking passes can be purchased when buying your tickets at www.livenation.com, Ticketmaster outlets, by phone at (404) 249-6400 or at the Tabernacle Box Office on show nights. What to Bring: Do bring yourself, your ticket, your friends and your photo I.D. if you plan on purchasing alcohol or picking up will call tickets and have a great show!!! What NOT to Bring: Do NOT bring pets, alcohol, drugs, laser pointers, skates, wallet chains, spiked jewelry or belts, banners, backpacks, flyers, beach balls, frisbees, fireworks or any outside food or beverage. Subject to artist wishes, video/audio recording devices and film or digital cameras are not allowed unless prior clearance is obtained by the performer or their management. If you have any of the above items you will be refused entry into the building. To ensure the safety of all of our guests all bags may be subject to search before entry. Smoking Policy: SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE PERFORMACE SPACE. A smoking section is available in the basement as it has a seperate HVAC system. Some artists request that smoking be banned from the whole building. ADA The Tabernacle is ADA accessible on the main (floor) level so please buy your ticket accordingly, sections 101, 102, 103 and 104 for reserved seated shows. The ADA section on general admission shows is directly in front of the stage thus not compromising the view of the show. Anyone with ADA needs will be able to have one companion join them in the ADA section. When you arrive at the venue please notify our door staff and a member of our security team will escort you to the ramp entry to the main level. We staff medically trained personnel (E.M.T. or Paramedics) at every event in case the need arises. There is also an A.E.D. on site at all shows.
