The Cure have announced new dates for their postponed fall tour of North America. The veteran British band had been expected to release a new album by the end of 2007, with a tour to go along with it. But with the record incomplete, the tour was postponed to give the band time to properly finish the album and get ready for their tour.

The Cure apologizes again for the inconvenience and upset the original postponment caused, and will make sure that the new shows are more than worth the wait...

Anyone who wants a refund on their 2007 ticket will be able to get one in full from his or her point of purchase until November 1st 2007.
