Maz Jobrani, a multi-talented Iranian-American actor, writer, and comedian, known for countless film and television roles, and his stand-out performance in Comedy Central’s ground breaking hour-long special, DVD and hit tour The Axis of Evil, has announced his first headlining tour of the United States, Brown & Friendly. One of the few Iranian-American comedians around, he takes pride in breaking down stereotypes about Iranians and the Middle East in general. He also discusses issues of politics, race, religion, and the general stereotypes we face in our daily lives. His stand-up comedy routine has been featured on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson,” as well as being highlighted in Time Magazine, Newsweek, The New York Times, LA Times, Wall Street Journal, CNN, NPR and more. His recent film work includes Ice Cube’s “Friday, After Next,” Sydney Pollack’s “The Interpreter;” and the hit comedy “13 Going on 30,” plus many independent films. Special Event. No Passes.
