From 401 take wellington road north to downtown. turn left (west) on york st. (right after the railway underpass) , go two blocks and turn right on talbot street. The arena is on the left about a block.

Box Office Location:
The general box office is located at the south-east corner of the building, just inside Gate 1.

The London Knights box office is located at Gate 4 - Dundas & Ridout.

Note: Please arrive at box office early if picking up tickets. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.

General Rules

No smoking in building.
Cameras/video equipment are not permitted for events.
No alcohol on floor for concert seating, other alcohol restrictions depending on event.
No outside food or beverages

Children Rules

Children under 24 months do not need a ticket unless specified for certain events such as children's shows.
For all events, children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian of appropriate age.
