Venue Details
From Chicago and the Northern suburbs, take I-94 East to I-57 South to I-80 West to Harlem. Travel north on Harlem to 183rd. Travel east to Oak Park and travel south to First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre. From the Northwestern and Western suburbs, take I-294 South to I-80 West and exit at Harlem. Travel north on Harlem to 183rd. Travel east to Oak Park and south to the facility. From the West and Joliet, take I-80 East and exit Harlem. Travel north to 183rd. Travel east to Oak Park and south to First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre. From the East and Indiana, take I-80 West to I-57 South to Vollmer. Travel east to Cicero, north to Flossmoor and west to Ridgeland.From the South and Kankakee, take I-57 north to Vollmer and travel east to Cicero. Go north to Flossmoor and west to Ridgeland.
Parking
General Parking:
A parking fee is included in the price of your ticket unless otherwise noted.
VIP Parking:
VIP Parking is located close to the front gates and is held until show time.
Look for our VIP Parking signs or ask a parking attendant when you arrive at the venue. We'll be more than happy to point you in the right direction!
VIP Parking is available for an additional charge of $30.00.
VIP Parking Plus Parking:
The VIP Parking Plus lot allows you to park even closer to our concert gates and exit even faster with exclusive use of our priority exit lane!
Upon arrival at the venue, please follow all signs for the VIP Parking lot. Once you reach the VIP Parking lot, you will be directed to the special VIP Parking Plus section of the lot.
VIP Plus Parking is available for an additional charge of $40.00.
Limo & Oversized Vehicle Parking:
Taking a limo, bus, or RV to the show? We've got room for you too!
Limo Parking is available for an additional charge of $50.00.
Oversized Vehicle Parking (Busses, RVs, Tractor Trailers, etc.) is available for an additional charge of $75.00.
All Parking Passes can be purchased in advance online, at the box office, and on the day of the show in our parking lots (subject to availability.)

Saturday: 10:00am - 3:00pm
Sunday: Closed (unless an event is taking place)
On show days, the box office will be open from 12:00pm until the time the main headlining act has taken the stage.

Will Call
Will Call tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.com and LiveNation.com are available for pick-up during normal box office hours, both in advance and on the day of the show.
Please be sure to bring your order confirmation number when picking up your tickets at the box office.
You must present a photo ID which matches the Will Call name on your order to receive your tickets.
TICKETS MAY NOT BE DROPPED OFF OR LEFT FOR OTHER GUESTS.
Accessible Seating
First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre is fully accessible for guests who need special seating arrangements.
Accessible seating may be purchased through the box office or online any time after the show goes on sale (subject to availability.)
Please inform the box office representative that you require accessible seating at time of purchase.
General Rules
Items PERMITTED in this venue include:
Snack food in clear plastic gallon-size bag or soft sided cooler.
Factory sealed plastic bottle of water (20 oz. maximum, and limited to one per person.)
Low profile beach chair (no taller than 9” off the ground.)
Diaper bags when a child is present.

Children Rules
There are no age restrictions. Children under 2 are admitted free, but must sit on a parents lap. Parents are encouraged to use reasonable discretion as some concerts may not be suitable for children.
