Parking

There are several available parking lots within walking distance of the Colonial Life Arena. Accessible parking is available in all of these lots. In order to park in the spaces reserved for disabled guests, the vehicle must have a state issued handicapped window pass, sticker, or license plate. Any vehicle may drop off a disabled patron at the front of the Colonial Life Arena and then park their car in one of the lots and meet that person inside the Arena.

A parking fee will be charged to every patron who parks in any of the lots or you can purchase parking ahead of time in person at the Colonial Life Arena Box Office Window or online (limited events only, subject to availability).

Will Call Window
Tickets purchased online and over the phone for pick up at the Will Call Window will be available available 2-3 hours prior to show time at the Colonial Life Arena Box Office.
- A confirmation number, picture ID, and the credit card used to purchase the tickets are required to pick up tickets.
- Patrons may also leave tickets at the will-call window; however the Colonial Life Arena cannot and will not accept responsibility for unclaimed tickets.
- Tickets will be released only to the person whose name appears on the ticket envelope. If you need to designate another person to pick up the tickets, please call the phone center at 1-866-4SC-TIXX and have them add the authorized person to the account.
Will Call typically closes at intermission of an event or concert. The Colonial Life Arena will attempt to leave the unclaimed tickets at Guest Services for the remainder of the event, but this is not guaranteed. It is best to arrive on time for the show.

Accessible Seating

In addition to the main entrance, College and Greene Street are also wheelchair accessible. Once inside the Colonial Life Arena, elevators are available to provide access between levels.

Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available at various locations throughout the Colonial Life Arena. Handicap seating is available to the patron with the disability and one guest. To purchase handicap accessible seating, please call (803) 576 - 9155 during box office hours or call the 24-hour phone hotline at 1-866-472-8499.

Miscellaneous

Assisted listening devices are available to hearing-impaired guests at no cost. The assisted listening device is a headset that broadcasts the Colonial Life Arena's Sound System on a FM frequency. Any patron checking out an assisted listening device must leave a driver's license or a valid form of identification to receive the headset. They are available to the Guest Services booth located in the main lobby across from the entry doors.

If you need assistance while at the Colonial Life Arena, please contact an usher or staff member. In addition, the Guest Services Center is located in the front atrium in front of the main entry doors. Any Guest Services Rep will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
